I think the Mosaic LA, with it's Mosaic Alliance, is the same kind of thing.  Flagship church that has started to shape a movement of church planting across the US and the world.
I've been to two of their conferences, read a bunch of the books, sucbscribed to Alex McManus' blog... all really good stuff in terms of leadership, engaging the culture with the Gospel, being instead of just believing....
