Relationships are the key in invitations; St. Mary's promotes 'inviting monsters' - people who connect well and successfully invite their friends, colleagues and relatives! 2. The meal beforehand helps establish relationships & allows 'latecomers' not to feel too bad & not come! 3. Good leadership & preparation at all levels required: Christianese must be avoided! 4. 130 people came along for the first night last week here at St. Mary's, Bryanston, Square (Marylebone, London) - I'm leading one of the 12 groups here.
