		<description>Just a couple of observations, having seen Alpha working well in Australia &#38; Britain.

1. Relationships are the key in invitations; St. Mary's promotes 'inviting monsters'  - people who connect well and successfully invite their friends, colleagues and relatives!
2. The meal beforehand helps establish relationships &#38; allows 'latecomers' not to feel too bad &#38; not come!
3. Good leadership &#38; preparation at all levels required: Christianese must be avoided!
4. 130 people came along for the first night last week here at St. Mary's, Bryanston, Square (Marylebone, London) - I'm leading one of the 12 groups here.
