		<description>I think that Digger raises a really good question.  I seems to me that too much of modern church life (and therefore the new chucrhes that come out of this also) are based on an increasingly dated notion of modern family life.  Pastors are expected to be married with childern, etc. when that is not the case with an increasing minority (perhaps majority) in our culture.  Now of course I affirm family values etc (let me say that up front) but Paul was quite clear about marriage being a second choice before F/T ministry for God.  Children like wise also inhibit a single/couple from being more fully dedicated to the mission.  Now while we have some lessons to learn from the Catholics who seem to have dug themselves into a hole over celibacy (and now can't recruit enough priests) why do our leaders have to be so stereotypical and our churches so homogeneous in this area?  Is it really because of wisdom or our bias?  Good point Digger.  Worth exploring.</description>
