Getting stuff done

One of the things we look for in effective church planters is the ability to manage competing demands.

I’ve heard great things on David Allen’s approach to getting things done. I have a copy of his book but haven’t had time to read it yet!

Check out this interview with him from the Vineyard church planting magazine Cutting Edge: The Art of Getting Things Done.

Then if you have time, read the book!

Thanks to Kevin Cawley for the link.

“The ability to manage competing demands…that about sums up life right now. I don’t know how I would be planting a church and all that goes with it without my prior business/management experience. The skill set required for a church planter is more than anymore imagines. Read the article when it was published in Cutting Edge. Excellent.
