		<description>I love the honesty - I think all planters are like that - why can't you just agree with us?!

But seriously, to survive the church planting call, the discipline of asking &#38; reflecting on these questions (prior to, during and post planting) is essential. 

As a planter, I recognize that I must learn to see my weaknesses, build better more balanced teams &#38; sustain myself and my family.</description>
