According to NCD (Natural Church Development) research, church planting is both a sign of church health and a promoter of health.

The research as found that multiplying churches are healthier than non-multiplying churches. NCD health survey scores for churches that multiply are consistently higher than the scores of those that don’t.

Research also shows that multiplying churches continue to grow at almost double the rate of non-multiplying churches, even when they give people away.

This should not surprise us. Jesus promised, “Whoever has will be given more. Whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him” (Matt 13:12).

No more excuses. If you’re healthy, it’s time to plant a church. If you want to get healthier, it’s time to plant a church.
