		<description>Matthew, the harmony he's rejecting is not the harmony that comes from the unity of the Spirit. That harmony is based on speaking the truth in love (Eph 4:15). The harmony Jesus had with his disciples included productive conflict with those same disciples. Anything less is "peace peace when there is no peace." (Jer 6:14).</description>

I've met a lot of leaders that would rather choose invulnerability over trust. They get angry the moment you question their mistakes. I think it's their fear of humiliation in accepting their mistakes in public.</description>
