You gave me an idea for our final service the last Sunday of this month. Pray for us. It has been a small ministry and we've discipled many over the course of 8 years; however, I feel that God is leading me "personally" in another direction, and the souls that are with us now have a foundation in them that will aid them in their new assignment. It is tough, but I believe the timing is now as we anticipate the soon return of our Lord. I have found that small groups are the crossroads where life and discipleship meet. It is no coincidence that many of these people ended up in some form of ministry.
