		<description>Steve! I have no statistics but from just looking around in swedish churches I would say the same things are true here. More men, youngsters and immigrants in churchplants in Sweden. Would be interesting to get some analysis on it, but I guess it would be the higher level of challenge and risk combined with an openness to all kinds of new people. Yesterday in the service in our churchplant in Lulea ( the north of Sweden), 30% of the congregation were immigrants from south america, 20% teenagers, and 50% were men.

Your friend Alan Hirsch spoke at our denominational general conference two weeks ago. It was great. We continue in the CPM direction on different levels.</description>
